D Mind hotels for affordability and simplicity
1. Staff - friendly staffs of all races and genders. Helpful when questions were asked. 2. Lift services - for a premise like this, they provide lifts that can cater customers with huge loads and older age. 3. Cleanliness - Room is super clean and not dusty. Fortunately, someone who has skin condition like me had a comfortable stay. 4. Check In/Out - Straightforward and easy. They are even available when you request to check out at early morning. They will provide a bag in which there is towel, remote and room key which I liked it a lot. 5. Bathroom experience - Only the sink didn't work well. the rest are all in good use, especially the shower. 6. Air conditioning - Well-functioned. Had a great two days of sleep. I humbly enjoyed my stay there and would recommend to those who wants to go to training or cruising around Kajang/Seri Kembangan/Bandar Baru Bangi/Serdang area to stay here but on a budget. Thank you D Mind 3 team.
I didn't dislike anything in particular. Instead, providing open suggestions/improvement on few areas:- 1. To tighten the screw at every parts of attached infra such as the ironing place, the clothes hanger and bathroom bidet place etc. This could be done quickly from the team. 2. To ensure proactive replacement/repairment of the water filter system installed at every floor. Also a quick fix. 3. To patch up leaked or creaked wall areas. Overall, I had a great stay.
